After an introduction by our hosts Sonja and Persis, and once you have an idea of what working for CIBC could feel like, you will have the opportunity for a 10-minute individual interview, after which they will provide you feedback.

The speed round interviews will focus on roles related to:

• Administration

• Executive roles

• Business banking and relationships

• HR and other remote roles
